I would have honestly given them a 10 but when I went to pick up my car the handle on the door that was damaged was not even touched. I had to point out that it was still damaged. Giving them an 8 instead of a lower score because the guy who fixed the door buffed and sanded the handle after I mentioned it, so it was taken care of before I left with the car.
