My husband went to Dr. Ally’s for Mose surgery on his head. After waiting in the exam room for 1 1/2 hours and observing a filthy A/C vent and the exam table was not working properly, he walked out. He is now looking for another Dermatologist!
Don’t waste your time or money. Lucky if he spent two minutes with me. Took a tissue sample to look at & didn’t even come back in the room to tell me findings or what he recommended. He sent in a very elderly lady with a sticky note an said ointment Rx was sent to pharmacy and make an appointment in 3 weeks. Obviously his priority is to make as much money as he can. I’m sure they charge more for first visit because it’s supposed to be for a longer visit getting background etc but this was definitely not the case.
I loved Dr. Torres-Bonilla, however, there were issues. Biopsies were were coded wrong so I was left with a $650 bill instead of $50. The ins. company said the dr could recode the procedure but they refused. I also had a $6k+ bill for mohs surgery that had not yet processed thru ins. so I would not schedule another surgery until I knew what was paid. In response, I received a letter saying I could find a new dr b/c I wasn't following her recommendation for treatment! So very rude.
