Our home had their doors in place, when we bought it. They ahve worked well, for a number of years. I only wanted to get their annual maintenance check. They were very timely and found that our tension spring needed to be adjusted. I trust their workmen and workmanship.
My garage door stopped working so I gave them a call as they came highly recommended. Amy was so kind on the phone and was actually able to tell me exactly what was wrong over the phone by asking a few questions. I needed a spring replaced. They scheduled me for the next day. Rachel called back later in the day to say they had a cancellation and could fit me in today. She was equally as polite and helpful.
