Garage doors rarely malfunction on your schedule!! Ours happened while I was out of town with my wife's vehicle stuck in the garage. Ty, Kyle, and Cody were OUTSTANDING. They understood our situation and cheerfully took care of us, which involved replacing the entire motor and related components in a very short time frame.
