I live in Johns Creek. Accent Roofing Service left me with a very very positive impression about how customer service should be offered these days when most businesses these days take advantage of consumers. Brandon Bower, sales representative, and Antonio Ramos, Project Supervisor, were very excellent in their duties. I recommend this company and I vote it to be the very best. Pricing was reasonable and customer service exceeded my expectations.

An industry peer in South Dakota referred me to Accent Roofing Service, Inc., so I phoned for a free estimate to replace my wind-damaged leaking roof. This was our 1st time using Accent Roofing Service. One of my neighbors had recently used them for a new roof. He was very pleased with them, so we had them to come out. All of the guys, *******, *******, *****, ******, ****************** crews were very professional and very easy to work with. Also **** in the office was very helpful. We had two houses done on the same day. Everyone showed up early and got the work done in a timely manner. I would recommend them if you need a new roof.

About 7 years ago Accent put a small unobtrusive flyer on my door requesting if I wanted a quote for my roof. I wasn't in a position to replace my roof at that time but kept the flyer. Over the past couple of years there have been many flyers & people knocking on door about my roof. I just kept Accent Roofing in the back of my mind. Accent Roofing was great. They answered the phone quickly when I called, got me scheduled for the next day, and they showed up on time. Jason took pictures of three spots on the roof that needed repair, and he came back the next business day and did the job quickly. He then showed me photos of the fixed spots and said the rest of the roof was good and I didn't need any other work. He was upfront, honest, and friendly.

This is a great company to work with. The process for replacing my roof was smooth and efficient. Scheduling was prompt and the work done to my satisfaction within a day. Accent Roofing also follow up a few times after the job to make sure everything is okay.
