This company is over charging insured people. Unfortunately this is the only option under the insurance I have through my work. DO NOT pay your initial bill. I did and it’s been over 2 years trying to get a refund and they continue to give me the run around.

This account was reviewed on our end and we were able to confirm there was an overpayment for service date 1/8/2024. The patient had open balances for later service dates, and the credit was applied to the open patient balances which is why there was no refund granted.
