Gutter cleaning is fine but it’s really frustrating that the company can’t give you a notice a few days or a week ahead of time before they show up. Got a call less than 30 minutes ahead of time and we had a party that day. Every other home service company we use including those that are outdoor services) has the ability to call a few weeks ahead of time to shore up a service date and time but Ned’s claims that is impossible. Frustrating.
They were supposed to remove my gutter helmets and clean the gutters. In the process of removing the gutter helmets they broke several shingles and left metal clips on the gutter and threw several on the ground. It seemed they did not get all the debris out of the gutters as well.
Ned Stevens Gutter Cleaning Service, formerly ACE, cleaned out gutters this week. The first team left some areas unfinished. But the 2nd team came out the next morning and did a good job to finish up. We like the Ned Stevens guys.
Professional and did an excellent job. Cleaned up after. Very thorough. Couldn’t be happier and heartily recommend them.
When this was run by ACE, service was fabulous. I was A customer for maybe 15 years. They were bought out by Ned Stevens and since then, I’ve had issues with scheduling. Last year it took months of calling to get them to come out. Even with service confirmations that they’d come that week, another month would go by. Then, after that cleaning, they texted me maybe 2 months later to say a crew was on the way…because THAT was my normal 6 month clean time but it wasn’t needed due to the fall one occurring SO late.
