The technician did NOT call 30 ahead of arrival as agreed with the coordinator The minute he walked into the garage and seen the nice convertible Landrover, all of a sudden the issues for bigger and clearly offered me to fix with him directly - NOT thru the insurance... claiming it’ll be $290. I asked him to call the insurance to verify what is covered and he said he is not going to wait an hour for them to pick up the phone and left... He did NOT do anything, nothing, zero, nada. I reported that my garage door wouldn't open with the remote. I showed the guy that the garage door did still close electronically, but that the remote and the keypad would not operate it anymore. I told him I had already changed the batteries in both. He changed the motor in the machine. He said the remotes are not covered, but I can buy them.
