Evidently your office help does not know what they are doing. Sort of same thing happened last time I had you on garage door. Bad info from office. Ali the technician that came out was great did a good job was courteous and knowledgeable. To bad people in office was not as knowledgeable. But the job is done and I thank god.
I couldn't believe how fast they were when they set up the appointment after I made my initial contact with them. Same day! Can't get that kind of service anywhere these days. The technician showed up right on time, very professional, knowledgeable and a great personality. I'm a talker and he and I just talked about different random things during the installation also.
