I’m a dental phobic. From completing new patient paperwork to checkout everyone I came in contact with was kind, professional and very polite. Laurie (I think that was her name) was wonderful. She knew I was very nervous and in pain and she took time to explain everything she was doing. Dr Wise has such a gentle and kind, caring demeanor. Love Ackley Dental. I've had quite a few bad experiences trying different dentists in the past. They always wanted to 'find problems' and charge a fortune. I went here and what do you know..I had very few real problems that needed immediate attention. The issues I did have they were very low pressure. I really can't say enough good. They are wonderful.
All associates were very accommodating to someone who has a great fear of dentistry. I was put at ease. Thanks soooo much!! Job professionally well done.
