Acme is one of the staples in Louisiana! I’m 35, and born & bred in Louisiana. If you want authentic Louisiana cuisine and not some touristy version, choose Acme (also in Covington & New Orleans). Try a hurricane, fried alligator tails and the bread pudding. You literally CANNOT MISS with anything on their menu. It’s also a wonderful atmosphere, suitable for all ages.
