That service turned out fine. It was a basic pest treatment. I believe they sprayed inside.
Pigeons have not been back <br />
Brent arrived on time to inspect our house and determine that we indeed had termites. He discussed the treatments and warrantees available. I had several questions and concerns about the process and about the product that would be used. He answered each question in detail, and when he wasn't sure about one of the answers, he researched it and got back to me. Our technician arrived early, unfortunately I was on a phone call I could not end. He said he had another client to service and would return. He was back almost exactly at the time he quoted. I warned him I would have many questions and would be "picking his brains" for answers. He spent all the time needed, my questions, and his suggestions, were completely covered.
