The ladies working in the office were extremely nice and helpful and put me at ease immediately. I didnt have to wait long at all before being taken back to a room to see the Dr. The nurse was so kind and had such a pretty smile. Dr.Scott was amazing. He explained what was happening and has such a kind demeanor. He quickly took care of the problem I was having and also did a full body exam. He was very courteous and I felt very much at ease. Thank you for a great experience in my first time seeing a dermatologist.

I was very nervous having this minor surgery since I don't handle lidocaine well but, the doctor and team were very understanding and kind. They were able to be efficient and finish not long after the analgesic wore off. I was pretty impressed with the experience. I was concerned when they all seemed blindsided about my aversion to numbing medications but was glad they redeemed the situation.
