Everyone in the Ada West office is professional, kind, caring. Each person you interact with is very knowledgeable about their job and helpful. Example, my new insurance cards had not yet arrived but they already had everything looked up online and updated. It's nice to be in a welcoming, friendly atmosphere were you are made to feel like a person and that they truly care about your health issues. I always feel like Holly takes her time to listen and professional address my health concerns.
