Holly is very easy to talk with about my concerns & thorough with exams.
Holly was her usual competent self The "assistant " was extremely unskilled administrating the numbing agent I've had lots of dermatology procedures and have never felt the pain I did with her injections I don't want her to touch me ever again
The front lobby staff was rude and rather condescending. I was there with my daughter, who is a new patient. We arrived 15 minutes before our appointment to handle any necessary paperwork. I did not have hard copies of her medical cards. This was a problem and I was questioned if I was even a parent. I was given an email to send the photos of the cards to. No problem.
