The transaction was difficult. It had many moving parts. We had to change things last minute, get exceptions. We struggled a little bit but from the AE, Adam, to the underwriter, closer and funding team, everyone pushed hard to close this loan on time. I appreciate everyone of them especially Adam who was responding to my emails, texts, etc at 9 pm, 5am just crazy hours. I am looking forward to closing my next loan with Adam and PRMG!
