Adam communicated the process and expectations very clearly. He took the time to meet with me over coffee and explained the lending process and different types of financing so that I had a foundation of knowledge to pass along to my clients as I work with them. He was the first lender to personally reach out and schedule time with me to explain how he can serve me and my customers. Great guy, hard worker, and incredibly patient and professional.
