Adam was on top of things just as much as we were, responding to emails at virtually any time we sent them, helping collect and compile info, and did an especially good job making us comfortable as new young homebuyers. Everything was explained as many times as we needed and it was never an inconvenience whether it was an email exchange or a phone call.
