Acupuncture and yoga were awesome. Groups were somewhat monotonous at times. Learned a lot though. Def appreciated the aa meetings the came in at night

A lot of groups very little down time. i would have liked 2 have more down time maybe to listen to music or write in my journal. they have a gym wit the basic things that r needed. was able to exercise
