A lot of groups and therapy that helped me a lot My only feedback would be let us use the gym more, play ping pong and more groups outside. this place has so much outside beauty that could b better utilized. the counselor supervisor lady was very dismissive when I tried to bring this to her attention using “it’s our covid protocols” as her reason why 🤷🏼♂️
one of the few programs I have been to where the staff actually seemed to genuinely care. Treated me as an individual. food could use some improvement. more drink choices other than 2 flavored waters and when on detox unit food in brought down in styrofoam containers. some days I didn’t get up on time and ate cold food or threw it away bc I can’t heat styrofoam in the microwave Nurses make sure your are comfortable and feeling as good as you can be considering the circumstances
Super glad i came here and decided to stay. And all of my aftercare they all worked so hard on setting up for me. I am super stoked about it ALL. Set up for success finally. I would like to thank Nurse paula Justin and Wendy. Counselors Stevie jess sam & scott. Thank you all for all you do and all the hard work you put in that helped me to begin on my new path of life. Shout out to Kate, Wendy and Toni. Staff that really cared about me and went above and beyond to help. The guy that handles all your aftercare really goes to bat to get you the best for when u leave hear
all in all a great place. Glad I chose here for my treatment. I wish they would do more groups outside and be more interactive - sometimes they put on movies as a group where most people dont pay attention or fall asleep
