Met Janice at reception and she was very friendly amd help us feel confortable. Also Dr. Erika Montalvan was great.
Josh's hygienist was great!!!
My son felt very comfortable with the Dentist and assistant. He left the office saying "mom I love coming to the dentist." To me that was a big deal and meant the Dr did everything to make him feel comfortable and not afraid. It really worked so far.
The Drs advice was very helpful. My husband and I appreciated the way he gave us advice. We saw no judgement in his part, he's very good with his advice on how to help our children keep their teeth clean and healthy. The assistant was also a charm with our children. They felt very confortable with both.
We really like Dr. Adam. He has a great way with the kids as well as adults!
I had come on the wrong day. The first receptionist said that I would not be able to be seen. I asked to see the office manager and she switched things around so that we could be seen and did not have to wait long! My initial phone call the woman seemed to be confused as to what kind of appointment I needed to make and gave me a little bit of a hard time. I wish the waiting area were a little cleaner...other than that the staff was great!
Dr. Marc and Maria were once again wonderful with the kids and also patient with answering my questions. Ayne, like always, took the time to help me figure out my insurance nightmare that comes with being doubly insured. Would never go anywhere else and I always recommend this office to everyone I can.
