After showing up late due to traffic (which I HATE doing - I totally understand there are other appointments to keep) the staff was amazingly understanding. I was completely prepared to have to reschedule but was so thankful not to have to do so. My son was having difficulty with the treatments he was scheduled for and after a few attempts the Dr said, "lets try this another time.
