Fantastic dentist! Very friendly staff, lovely facility and very nicely decorated. It was extremely easy to make an appointment, we were seen quickly, and the front desk staff were very thorough in informing us about what was approved by insurance.
We took all three of our kids and they saw Dr. Alyssa and she was wonderful! All the dental hygienists were also so sweet and kind! Our kids were able to relax and allow them to all do their jobs! The receptionist is also wonderful and very attentive! Absolutely recommend!
Adelberg and Montalvon are simply the best pediatric dentists there is! We have been going since my son was 2 he is now 12 …The staff is always professional yet so comforting and gentle with the children. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
Great experience with this office in both west islip and nesconset locations . My 3 year old needed 2 root canals and some other cavities filled under anesthesia. The whole process from start to finish was seamless for both parent and child. He was so scared at first but they made my son feel so comfortable. They have games, tvs in the rooms. My 15 mo old had a rough fall on the playground that resulted in a visit to this fine establishment. From the very first call which was minutes before closing to the face to face interaction, I received nothing but excellent customer service from each person I spoke to. Not a single disinterested or bad attitude from any person that I spoke to and they were able to see us the very next day.
