It was challenging. They had to come out a couple of times. They were nice and all but it wasn't completed. It wasn't quite bad. It was okay. I have no problem with the work. The problem was they forgot us and they came back another day. We had to coordinate all that and that was very costly. They were very nice. They're willing to come back and fix the problem. They were on time when they said they're coming. I purchased a "Big Deal" for Adelphia Exteriors. They put insulation in a portion of the house.

Put insulation in my attic. Went exactly as planned.

That did not go as well. There was a little bit of miscommunication for setting up the appointment and then they never got back to me with an estimate based on the inspection they did on the attic. Once the appointment was cleared, the inspection went on as promised. They were pretty professional. They weren't as thorough as I would have liked. They did an attic inspection.
