Jerrod, thank you for your comments. We understand that things might have gotten fuzzy during the 130 day wait for title issues and private mortgage payoff issues to be resolved. A normal file takes 30 days or less, so that longer period while we waited for your collateral to become acceptable can bring continual changes to the file and understandable frustration.
