Product is great... Product works great... once you learn how to use it. My husband is a computer guru but even he couldn't figure out how to get this to scan wirelessly. It took a 45 minute phone call to a foreign customer service representative reading off a script to finally fix everything. Now that I can scan wirelessly I love this product.

Super fast scanning Good-bye big, bulky, desktop scanners. This things soars! It scans both sides at once in seconds. The auto-feed sometimes pulls slightly crooked but not enough to detract from all the positives. Use the USB cable for the best performance. Wi-Fi works but will slow down your progress.

the software looks like what you'd get if Windows 3 This scanner seems solid and fast enough for home use and decently reliable. Only two down sides: First, it doesn't have a tray to catch ejected paper. No big, just be aware. Second, the software, as others have pointed out, suuuuuuucks. I don't mind hooking up the USB cable to get the thing on the wireless network the first time, but it took nearly an hour to install the software from the CD. Bluetooth connection is awesome I love the Bluetooth connection. When I have tons to scan I can set up right by the shredder and get to business. I am having a hard time getting the machine to ignore blank pages so I am not sure what is up on that. This may sound picky but it requires 2 touches for each scan and I was hoping to only only have one. I scan a lot and it makes a difference. I have not seen a lot of skewed pages which is good. Works with every OS on the planet that can support a USB drive! Great for quick archive of personal documents... don't even need to grab a computer... just power it up, plug in a jumpdrive and scan. Don't have to load drivers or anything... just load the created PDF or JPGs or TIFFs off the jumpdrive. You can load drivers on your PC, but with this scanner, you don't have to. Very simple to operate. No more 'load drivers' or hunt drivers or worry about winXP/7/10 or linux or macos... it just works. Big fan!
