If you need money go else where! you can pay back as much as you want but it never goes down. and without asking they'll just assume you want extra cash added and just dump it to your account. here is crappy part if you stop paying they send it to a lawyer in nashville and they serve papers on you, and then if you call and ask to settle outside of court they expect you to still pay the attorney and court fees. and then whatever extra fees they can put onto it as well. I would suggest going else where cause both are a joke.

This loan is killing me. I just accidentally made a double payment and they won't refund the extra payment back to me now I can't finish paying my bills

I brought paperwork on there showing my identity was stolen and yesterday I emailed all of my info over to them and was told o was approved then a few moments later someone called and told me I wasn’t approved and I owe them money I should pay my bills and I was talked down to no one she be talked to like that and they have the proof so I called Cordero to let them know about the way I got spoken too and they didn’t care
