Advanced financial took "liberties" I was anticipating a refinance and was assured that everything was approved. I authorized a pre authorized debit of 395 per month and indicated a desire to pay 1100 when and if the closing occurred, discharging the debt upon payment from the mortgage company. This store hit me for 3885 since December 20th collecting over 2400. They are in a bad spot. They have agreed to accept 500 per month and have ruined my credit. First, Chris is absolutely amazing!! I spoke with Rachatta (not sure if that is how she spells her name) first the previous day and she was great. I decided to wait to apply for my loan after going through everything with her. Chris then called as a follow up the next day. He helped me out tremendously with getting things situated and helped getting my loan approved so I didn’t have to wait.
