A friend was boarding a dog while out of the country, and the dog was lost during their supervision. Every parents worst nightmare. Be cautious.
my visit here wasn't a major issue. i get spam mail at least twice a week, have unsubscribed 10 times and still get their spam.
totally fabulous incredible hospital for reproduction. Dr. Steyn is AWESOME as is her whole staff. We highly recommend her and her hospital!!!
We have been clients of AACC since the day they opened and until recently, have had only positive experiences. In January we left our six month old puppy with them for an extended weekend. She was to receive extra cuddle and pets, of which we were happy to pay. From Saturday night until Sunday night, she had zero care. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! They take complete advantage of you, and insist you need medications, services, and checks you do not need!!!! In return they charge you an obscene amount of money for a simple visit. Our lab gets a common ear infection and has multiple times his entire life. I have never spent more than $50 on a vet visit for this reason. We were very excited to have a swim orientation with our puppy, and called and they happen to have an appointment that day. We only had a short amount of time to rush over there for his appointment only to find out that they never actually had time for the appointment. The lady told us that they like to designate a good amount of time so that the dog feels comfortable, which is great.
