We got estimates from multiple companies. Although Advanced wasn't the cheapest their pricing was very competitive. We chose them because of the way Bill treated us. He came out multiple times to review the job even on a weekend! I felt that he was very honest as compared to some of the other companies we considered. Advanced Basement Solutions did come out today and reviewed and hopefully resolved the issue. The sump pumps are doing their job successfully.
We contacted 3 professionals recommended by Home Advisor to have a sump pump installed in our basement, along with an interior french drain along 1 wall. All professionals called to schedule the "free inspection/quote" relatively quickly and we had our first sales/inspection visit the day after initial contact was made. The salesman/inspector from that company (DID NOT HIRE THEM) WAS very friendly, but the pricing seemed quite steep for the job. A-ONE job and I am completely satisfied and they were very professional and very fair in their cost. I am very happy their professional work and the results were very good. They were in and out in six hours and I hardly knew they were there. The best I?ve ever seen!!!!!
