Most pleasurable experience. Darcy the receptionist is funny and warm. Made me feel right at home. The root planing is not the painful treatment I had expected. It went smoothly and pain free. Glad I had it done. Definitely will recommend Dr. Thomas and his staff to anyone I know.

I love how much control you have in cleaning my teeth. You're also a pleasure to be around.
My appointment addesses some weak gum readings. After 3 appointments my gums are getting stronger. Very aggressive plan to keep my gums healthy.
My first appointment with Dr. Thomas we went over all my anxieties about dentistry and my concerns. I have been to several different dentists, and Dr. Thomas is the best and most caring. During the entire procedure he makes sure that I am comfortable. I have had many procedures done by him and he always provides nothing but the best of service. He is my favorite dentist ever! I 100% recommend Dr. Thomas for all your dentistry needs.
The whitening experience was really good! Positives: --I was warned the process might be hot and stingy at first, so that helped me get through the initial anxiety and slight discomfort. --It was good to receive the follow up instructions and whitening pen to take home. Opportunity for improvement: --Probably a good idea to take a picture with a camera to capture pre- and post- images. The cleaning was a very good experience. Positives: *Diana informed me about a tooth whitening promotional offer. This makes clients feel valued and appreciated. *Brittany and Tyson came in just to say hi. They didn't have to do this. They did it to be nice and friendly. This is what sets you apart from the competition. Small negative: *The headrest on your new chairs seemed uncomfortable. To your credit, Diana immediately mentioned that I might feel that way.
