Given the times we are going through I can tell you the office is very clean and I have no fear of catching Covid at the dentist office... and I have been there several times since dentists opened up. Got an implant and paid what I THOUGHT was the whole amount. The receptionist even told me I was at a 0 balance at my last appointment. Go in to get it put on and the receptionist tells me I owe another 1000! No forewarning, no phone call, nothing. Now I’m forced to pay before leaving the office. Good thing I had a Care Credit, otherwise I would’ve had NOTHING to put towards this bill. Never coming here again.
