Use an intraoral camera instead of using a regular camera and having the patient hold a mirror to get all the needed images. Also when giving patient a list of treatment needed and the price of the treatment, it would be helpful to break it down to how much each specific treatment item is and and list the surfaces of fillings to be more specific. It's helpful to know exactly where our money would be going to instead of the total sum.
