This is about the patient portal completion ONLY! This portal, according to the 3 poor employees that helped me, NOT user friendly! I tried two different days to complete this. Yesterday I gave up at 6:15 p.m. and poured myself a glass of wine and put Andre’ Bocelli so I could unwind.
