Dr. Fakhari and all of the team members showed excellent bedside manner, attention to detail, and skill. The operation was quick, painless, and comfortable! My name is Khoa. I went to ARCS to get my front tooth treatment and met Dr. Fazel Fakhari who is very friendly and patience and took his time to explain how the procedure works. The office is very clean and professional. The staffs are friendly and nice. I feel like they put the customers above everything. I recommend Dr. Fazel Fakhari to be your dental treatment.
I do not think that most people would say they had a great experience having a root canal but that was exactly my experience. From the welcoming atmosphere when I walked through the door to the care Dr. Fein's nurse and Dr. Fein himself gave me was wonderful. I thought I would be in pain the next day but the direct opposite. I would highly recommend Dr. Fein and the practice to anyone.
I wasn't looking forward to a root canal, but Dr. Eshera did everything she could to make me comfortable while giving me the best possible care. The only discomfort during the procedure was from lying still, there wasn't any pain associated with the actual work inside my mouth. I woke this morning with no pain at all in the affected tooth, just a stiff back. Thank you Dr Fakhari and team for making sure I was as comfortable and relaxed as possible during my procedure.
Not a title you would normally associate with root canal. But, Dr. Fein immediately put me at ease and made what could have been a very difficult experience much better than I expected. He even called me the next evening to make sure everything was going okay with my tooth. So, thank you very much.
