SDF TREATMENT DONE WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION. Whole new personnel in the Fry Road location. I have been bringing my kids here for years and not once have I had a single complaint. My daughter was seen a week ago for a regular check up. Never was a Dr. introduced to me. The front desk lady was very short and didn’t bother at all explaining anything.
