The waiting room is very kid friendly. Pre-Covid they had a play structure my kids loved! Now there's just tvs playing cartoons, which naturally my kids also love. I've never had any issues with any of the staff. They've been very patient with us. My children are always looking forward to their dentist appointments!

The wait can be long at times but the staff works well with young children.
The entire staff was nice and professional. They say good customer service starts at the front desk and it definitely started there. My son who hate going to any type of doctor office felt extremely comfortable so much so when we were called to the back and instructed to have a sit, my son sat down and stretched out in the dental patient chair instead. The dentist and assistant communicated what was going on to both my son and I and then asked me to examine the work performed on my son. My son is already asking me when can ... read more

I think that the office is really nice. I love it because the staff members are really nice and they take you right away. And my little 5 years old love it very much. It is an amazing office to bring your kids there.
