"Adventure" is right! They will take you on one heck of a dental adventure! I was told my 9 year old needed to have root canal and crown put on a baby tooth that should be removing itself somewhere around 10 years old. It's not even bothering him. My youngest seemed to require two crowns which in the end only ended up being one filling! GREAT NEWS! I was also told there were multiple cavities that needed filled on both of my boys. Just don't use the restroom. Ever. No matter what! Don't even go in it. Urine and feces all over the toilet seat and floor - literally everywhere. Disgusting. When I mentioned to the staff it was more or less just shrugged off. It should've been quarantined. On the bright side, the Dr's and staff are great. Very accommodating to their lil patients. Just make sure you do your business before you arrive for your appointment.
This place is a joke! "DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE"!!!, Every time I have brought my kids here for an appointment the staff has lost all the paperwork. What the hell is going on with your office staff that you loose paperwork, hello you should be sued for loss of important information all my children's info is on that paperwork! Please spread the word and don't allow them to work on your kids. If they can loose paperwork they can also put it in the wrong files. Which means your children's health is at risk. I took the boys to the dentist today at Academy Kids, they're normally great with them. But today I just couldn't believe how Nate and I were treated!! Nate had to be by himself because Joshy had a cleaning and couldn't wait in the room with us. So not even 5 minutes later they call me back in the room, and Nate had been scared. The dentist said he (Nate) was being mean and so I tried to soothe him by telling him to be brave but he said "no, I want to go!" It's a good place for kids, they are very. Helpful
After waiting for 45 minutes for our schedule appt. The x rays they took were poor quality..their words not mine. They referred us to another dentist to deal with a possible root canal. The receptionist at check out was so rude and couldn't answer questions. Never again!!!!
