Extremely patient and helpful. He went out of his way to help out with an issue that came up and offered helpful advice. There were a few bumps along the way and Aerick assured me that thus was a normal part of the process. He made my first time buying a house as easy as he possibly could.

Aerick kept us up to date on every step of our home purchase. Very caring and will find a program to best fit your needs. Called us when the Interest Rate went down so we could get the best price! Great Experience and would love to use him again to refinance or purchase a new home again.

This man worked so hard on getting our loan we had a few credit problems and he got it straighten out so we get our loan he's very good at his job and doesn't quit until he gets u you loan I highly recommend this is the man to go to!
