We stopped at the Maple Grove location on the spur of the moment and Anna welcomed us warmly and offered suggestions. She scheduled a visit and came to our house within the week and was very patient with us as we determined the right look for our new basement family room. Staff is very knowlegeable but getting the blinds is taking longer then we were told. We haven't received them yet and it's been over 4 1/2 weeks

I received excellent advice on fabric selection for replacement drapes for my dining room. I was regularly kept apprised of the schedule and received assistance on installing them myself. I love the shop at home convenience.
