I arrived for my cleaning appointment fifteen minutes late because I took a wrong turn. The area was unfamiliar to me so I couldn't get back on track as fast as most. Krista, my hygenist, was so gracious and understanding. I know how busy she is and how fifteen minutes could really put her behind. She didn't say a thing about her schedule. She just went to cleaning my teeth with the same efficiency and good humor as always. What a professional!.
