I have been a customer of Aesthetica for about a year and have nothing but good things to say about their services and staff. I recently visited for a check-up after noticing some pain when chewing. They were able to get me in two days later, discover the source of the problem, and fix it the same day. I was very impressed with my visit! The building itself is beautiful and clean, and the staff was all very friendly and super helpful. My technician Jacqueline was very sweet, conversational, and made sure I knew what was going on and if I was comfortable the entire time. The photos they took of my teeth before and after really proved how deep the cleaning was and when the doctor discussed my teeth, it was so cool and helpful to see the visuals and have them explained in a way that I could understand. Always a great experience, friendly and helpful staff. Tv's to watch netflix when you get your teeth cleaned and staff that truly gets to know you. They always make good logical recommendations and never make you feel scolded :)
I have had a dentist in Columbia City for years--but when I lost 1/4 of a tooth I was horrified to discovered that they had a three week wait period for it to be fixed! I discovered Aesthetica at the advice of my partner, and I will never return to my former dentist. The care was extraordinary, and the equipment was the most advanced I've ever seen.
