Dr. Kollia and and her staff were great. I am very nervous when it comes to dental work but everybody made me feel at ease. I will definitely return
I am impressed with the communication and level of clean in this office! Everything was so easy and the staff were on top of all of it! i am a bit of a germophobe and the assistant didn't blink an eye with my questioning about their disinfecting procedures. Very thorough!
I had new insurance and the admin assistant found it so quickly and got me set up. I was a bit grumpy coming in but the dental hygienist, doctor, receptionist were so friendly and encouraging. Made for a better day! Love the free whitening gel! I totally tell my friends to come here!
Dr. Kollia was my dentist when I moved to Seattle in 2008. I felt lucky to have found such a great dentist. In 2010, I moved to Denver and could never find a dentist/dentist office that I trusted quite like the staff at Aesthetica. I have since moved back to WA and make the drive into Seattle from Issaquah for my dentist appointments as I trust the work and recommendations of Dr. Kollia.
I highly recommend Aesthetica Contemporary Dentistry for checking, or cleaning, or whatever you need for your teeth! It's been a long time since I've gone to dentist. So I found this dentist and went there for my first check. It turned out I have 6 cavity and 1 wisdom tooth which have to remove. New hygienist and she was extremely knowledgeable.
I was impressed with how thorough my initial exam was. I was informed, accompanied with visuals, about each tooth and what course of action was recommended.. I didn't feel pressured to have any work scheduled... just informed and educated. I would recommend.
I've been coming here for over a year and they've demonstrated the best customer service each time. The office is full of the most contemporary equipment making your visit easy and painless. Sophie is also an amazing receptionist that is always very warm/welcoming and flexible with payments. The whole staff is spot on! You guys rock, I'm never leaving ;)
I love this place. All the ladies; front desk, x-rays, hygiene and dentist, were nice, fun and great to their trades! I'm new in town and found our family dentist.
