Were supposed to attend my residence for a quote for a new furnace and air conditioner. Took the afternoon off of work to accommodate them... and they do not show up. I contact them, and they say they called me but I did not answer and they left a voice message. They did not. No voice messages, no missed calls, no emails, nothing. Liars. Then they said "oh well, mistakes happen". Rude. Unprofessional. Dont waste your time with them.
