Get directionsdidn't bother to show up, for the scheduled maintenance. Didn't bother to call to say they weren't going to show up. They said they'd be here between 9 AM and 11 AM at 11:30. I called them and they told me that the technician called in sick early this morning. I signed up and paid for a year, I want my money back now. How unprofessional
They made appointments with me to visit my place to check the water, but they didn't send technicians. They broke appointments three times. First email said....Our team member will do a water test (complimentary) while they are there, so we know what is causing the problem. This is the best way to resolve the issue and provide you and your family with clean and safe water :) Does this Wednesday between 12-2pm work for you?. Were supposed to attend my residence for a quote for a new furnace and air conditioner. Took the afternoon off of work to accommodate them... and they do not show up. I contact them, and they say they called me but I did not answer and they left a voice message. They did not. No voice messages, no missed calls, no emails, nothing. Liars. Then they said "oh well, mistakes happen". Rude. Unprofessional. Dont waste your time with them.
