The lady was nice and helpful when it came to giving me the needed information and answering my questions . A side not from later experiences I’ve noticed on more than one occasion that the light for the back hallway on the second floor where my unit is is often off or not working and I have to use a flashlight to get around, it’s scary and dangerous. Otherwise I have no issues
I had an issue getting my code to work and Jess immediately help me get access to my storage unit. Very happy with my choice to use Affordable Family Storage.
