The lady was nice and helpful when it came to giving me the needed information and answering my questions . A side not from later experiences I’ve noticed on more than one occasion that the light for the back hallway on the second floor where my unit is is often off or not working and I have to use a flashlight to get around, it’s scary and dangerous. Otherwise I have no issues

Rosa helped me picked out the best storage unit for my needs and showed me all other units I had questions on. The facility is very very clean and they have so many units available at an amazing price!
