My mother in law ran this park. They moved here over 10 years ago. It was thriving. Since she has passed (2 years ago), they have had 4 managers, a broken gate still being advertised as a gated community, not allowed to have functions in the activity hall, maintence is barely around, management won't talk to the residents, they raised rent, wires above trailers frayed and falling apart, power goes out over and over where it's 100+ Temps and people on oxygen, pools barely cleaned, dog park filthy and the list goes on and on. ... read more
Agave Village needs a new park manager. The true owners, (Blackstone) need to get rid of Treehouse. My husband and I have been here for a few years and all amenities have been taken away from all of us. We understand Covid but we are not children. Other parks are completely open. And, my septic tank in front of my place has been full for 3-4 days causing sewage to back up into my house and the manager has known about it since day 1 still nothing being done about it.
