Get directionsCompassionate Care and a Successful Recovery! My father spent six weeks at Ahwatukee Post Acute Rehabilitation Center following surgery, and overall we were both happy with his care. The nursing staff was friendly, stayed on schedule with medications, and treated him well. He enjoyed the food, made noticeable progress in physical therapy, and appreciated that the rehab doctor took the time to listen. I also want to recognize Ashley (Case Manager), Jose (Social Services), and Assistant Manager Misty, who were all incredibly... read more
Crystal director of rehab responded to my messages. She provided an email and phone call. Thank you
My husband was there & I thought he got good care. The PT people were great & had him do pt in bed because it was painful for him to work. All the nurses were professional & nice. Administration was professional & nice. The patients were out of their rooms interacting with other people.
My mother was well taken care of. Nurse Veronica did more than her job. She treated my mom like a family member. The staff is friendly and the facility is clean.
The staff here is great! This is a great place to be. I've been here going on 2 years and, they have made my stay very pleasant. The entire staff is helpful , kind, compassionate, caring. I can't say enough about it! Starting from management all the way to housekeeping. I highly recommend this facility. Whether it be for short term or long term. The staff here excellent.
We had to put my dad here, it was clean, the staff was friendly and they got my dad up and out in a couple weeks. His only complaint, except being there, was the food wasn't great. Otherwise I would recommend this place if you need a family member taken care of. My only complaint and the reason for the 4 stars is they don't communicate well. If I wanted an update or information I had to track down the nurse or administrator. I always got the information I wanted, but a quick call, text or email would be nice.
Service is not excellent but acceptable. Staff are all helpful and courteous. What is not acceptable is when you are told to wait and stay there for the decision of the insurance whether my stay will be be extendeed. I was supposed to be discharged on March 225, 2026. I was already packed and ready to go home. My son was there to pick me up. Then Case Manager Asley Felix came by and ibformed that she submitted an appeal to the insurance to extend my stay. I told her, I am ready to go and I am not waiting. She said ju... read more
This place is the biggest front, they will pretend they are attentive when you are visiting your loved one but when you are gone they completely disregard care, the patients family shouldn't have to be the one to ask to provide simple care such as applying lotion or even assisting in changing clothes (mind you he has been in the same clothes for the past times I visited), not being included in meetings or informed is another concern that I brought to their attention and still continue to disregard and neglect the patient and... read more
If I could give them 0 stars I would. Uncaring nurses, filth and dangerous bacteria. The positive reviews are fake. Been sued many times due to negligence. Infections, bedsores, not even hand sanitizers and unclean bedding, floors. Smelly and depressing. Hostile work environment. PT is a joke. Do not put your loved ones here. Understaffed yet they continue to fill beds with people who need constant care.
