Just want to give a shout out for the great service this week for my AC tuneup and check for both my daughters house and my house. The techs came out performed the maintenance, explained the system, answered any questions and made suggestions to keep things running smoothly. On top of that, the owner Joe Massa called to make sure I was satisfied with the service.
Chris, Joe and Gage were very accommodating, courteous and thorough during our A/C duct cleaning and service this morning along with scheduling our appointment initially. Our questions were answered over the phone as well as in person. Ray called after our service to confirm our satisfaction which was much appreciated. As first time home buyers they made us feel at ease. I would recommend this company to friends and family. 👌🏻👍🏻

Prompt, professional, affordable, SUPERB customer service, knowledgeable. From the initial call, the inspection/estimate, the installation of a new unit, and the follow-up after installation inclusive of the owner himself calling to follow up and ensure all was right. Every interaction had was as it should be, every person (Kris, Nick, Shane and crew, Joe, and Ryan) that I interacted with could not have been better.
AC went out last night. Up and running again this afternoon. Thank You for prompt great service. Nick Olmedo was not only knowledgeable, he was very courteous. I was informed when he was on the way and he arrived in a timely manner.
Had new AC install year ago and the installation was stellar. Just had annual check and everything is perfect. This company rocks. Always pay attention to customer needs with fast response. Best thing I ever did is call Joe Massa.

A/C wasn't cooling on a Saturday night. Got up Sunday morning and called (feeling bad calling on a Sunday morning) and a technician responded in about an hour. He assessed the situation, put a temporary fix to get us through until they could come out Monday. Got a new A/C and have been comfortable ever since. All of the technicians were friendly, explained our situation, gave us options, were through and efficient. I highly recommend Air Hawk!
