Bought Airpedic 800 + base. Felt like a cheap air mattress. Nightmare return, $250 fee, base refused. Cost me $1,450 just to try it. Don’t fall for the hype.
We have been trying to speak with someone for over a month about returning our mattress, and no one answers or returns your calls! TERRIBLE customer service - BUYER BEWARE!!!

How about comparing your own beds to see what exactly you're buying g for the additional $$$? I've been trying to ask someone this question for two days & apparently support is too busy too call me back??? I'm trying to decide what the difference is between each of your own mattresses not everyone else that makes a mattress out there. I actually am having 2nd thoughts on getting a mattress from your company if I can't get a return phone call or speak to somebody when I'm trying to buy one.

I purchased a air pedic bed. The manufacturing was delayed due to covid 19. Ok. Get it. Then the mattress was shipped but no foundation. It has been shipped. Ok an additional 1 day delay. No response from management even though I was assured it would be expedited. No assurance that once it got to Baltimore it would be delivered that day. Extremely poor management response. Extremely poor quality control. Why can I not get a response from management?
