I’ve taken my pets here for years before moving out of the area. Our family cat needed to be seen, so I referred my brother there as I had always had great experiences, and I knew that the cat’s previous owners had taken her there in the past. Airport was nicely asked if they are taking new pets and asked for clarification if the cat would be considered new. My dog was a patient there, where she had a surgery to remove two fatty tumors. One was in a precarious location and had to be removed. The surgery went well. I moved and had my dogs records tranfered back to her old vet. Recently my lily developed a tumor on her throat and I wanted her to go to airport for it and they basically blew me off. Thanks Airport!

The doctor took good care of our cat, but when he came back into our care, they hadn't cleaned the urine off of him. He had been sedated and apparently wasn't able to make it to a liter box, so ended up making a mess on himself, which they let him lay in rather than cleaning him up.

Terrible terrible experience there. My uncle normally goes there with our other two cats and we’ve never had this happen before. My cat had went there to get shots and spayed. I had asked them yesterday when I dropped her off, how much it was all going to be, they told me $170- $200. Then I go there to pay the bill today and they tell me, $378!!! What? Why was it that much!? You told me yesterday that this is not what I was gonna pay. They wouldn’t let me have my cat til I paid it. They are terrible people, and a terrible pl... read more

This is the most rude, incompetent veterinary clinic I have ever been. They gave my puppy fluids a month ago (charged me 370.00, which I was fine with if it helped my dog). This caused a large mass, which was normal. However, the mass has not gone away. I called to see why and they told me to pay $93.00 and have the doctor look at it. When I pointed out it was something they had caused and I didn't feel I should pay them again because they hurt my dog... she hung up on me. Ridiculous.

I recently had my Italian Mastiff in there to get his ears cropped. The staff made me feel like I came to the right vet, for the job. After taking off his bandages I could easily tell his ears weren't identical, but when I took our boy in there to get his stitches removed the vet asked me to "humor" him for a couple weeks to let the swelling go down.
