My daughter took her pet ferret there on Friday evening she was critical they was suppose to do surgery around midnight ended up waiting until 5:00 am she didn’t make it they let her lay back there to long, we truly believe because she was a ferret she got overlooked. My daughter is very hurt that she lost her support animal. Very heartbroken.
I’ve taken my pets here for years before moving out of the area. Our family cat needed to be seen, so I referred my brother there as I had always had great experiences, and I knew that the cat’s previous owners had taken her there in the past. Airport was nicely asked if they are taking new pets and asked for clarification if the cat would be considered new. My dog was a patient there, where she had a surgery to remove two fatty tumors. One was in a precarious location and had to be removed. The surgery went well. I moved and had my dogs records tranfered back to her old vet. Recently my lily developed a tumor on her throat and I wanted her to go to airport for it and they basically blew me off. Thanks Airport!
The doctor took good care of our cat, but when he came back into our care, they hadn't cleaned the urine off of him. He had been sedated and apparently wasn't able to make it to a liter box, so ended up making a mess on himself, which they let him lay in rather than cleaning him up.

Terrible terrible experience there. My uncle normally goes there with our other two cats and we’ve never had this happen before. My cat had went there to get shots and spayed. I had asked them yesterday when I dropped her off, how much it was all going to be, they told me $170- $200. Then I go there to pay the bill today and they tell me, $378!!! What?
